PhysiTrack Home Exercise Programs

Your access to your prescribed home exercise programs through PhysiTrack will be ending. If you would like to continue referencing your exercises, please log in to PhysiTrack and print or save your exercise programs before October 15, 2026. This will allow you to retain a copy for future reference and continued use.

Aaron takes an individualized approach to patient care that is similar to the philosophy and treatment approach we have used in our office. He does perform dry needling services. He is an excellent resource for patients looking to continue their rehabilitation and work toward their functional goals. Please note that Aaron is out of network with insurance. Access to Your Patient Records

If you would like a copy of your patient records, please email our office at canamchiro@gmail.com to make a request. Upon request, your records can be emailed to you so that you may retain them for your personal files or share them with your next healthcare provider. We are happy to assist with this process and help facilitate a smooth transition of care. Please understand there may be a delay in response but we will do our best to get these to you within 30 days of request.
